What a fun place to eat at!!! We did the grill and hot pot and it’s a must. Plenty of options to choose from whether grilling or throwing in your pot. I’m definitely coming back to this place. Coming with friends makes it even more fun. Cooking without the cleanup or dishes 😁

Super clean and inviting. We came for lunch and were the only table. There were multiple servers who were very attentive. Huge selection of meat, vegetables, and noodles. This location also has rice paper hidden near the noodles which is an absolute game changer! Monday- Friday before 4pm they also have “happy hour”, $10 off grill/ hot pot combo each person. For 2 people both grill and hot pot with the deal is $75, saving $20 in total. For being lunch time they also had a full desert station with brownies, cake, and lots of ice cream. Will definitely keep coming back to this location! *Update* Depending on what server you have the happy hour may end at 3pm. Most of the time we get the happy hour until 4pm but twice the same server has informed us it is 3pm. Not sure which one is correct :)

Krave Pot in Melbourne is a great spot if you enjoy traditional-style shabu shabu. The tables have induction warmers built in, and they offer a huge selection of meats, seafood, vegetables, noodles, and extras so you can build your bowl exactly the way you like it. Everything felt fresh, the setup was fun, and the whole experience was relaxed but still felt like a real hot pot meal. It is the kind of place where you can take your time, try different combinations, and enjoy the meal with friends or family. The staff were also very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Great food, great setup, great service. Definitely a 5-star experience and a place I would recommend to anyone in the Melbourne area looking for shabu shabu or hot pot.

We went to the grand opening of Kravepot in Melbourne. It is a Korean Grill and Hot pot restaurant. The food was amazing. We sat and had fun discussing life while cooking our own hot pot and grilling our own meats. It is definitely a dining experience and a lot of fun. Feel free to ask questions about how to do everything. The menu walks you through the choices and then you are free to go and grab your ingredients to begin making you food. We got the hot pot and grill so items were collected for my soup and some meats for the grill. They also have a large selection of sauces to dip your items in. When you are done eating your food, they have a selection of desserts that you can enjoy as well. Over all the experience was good. Food was excellent. Service of the table server was a little less than stuller. We didn't get the oil and our drinks went completely empty before we had to get someone. That said, the server was very nice and very helpful when we asked for the items we needed. The place is new so I'm sure they are still getting their things more in line with normal service. Kravepot easily gets a five out of five stars from me. Korean barbecue and hot pot are already high on my list of favorite foods, but this place genuinely stands out. Everything was spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated, and packed with fresh ingredients. The selection was huge too — seafood, meats, noodles, vegetables, sauces, desserts… enough variety that even the pickiest person in the group should be able to find something to obsess over. What I really love is that this isn’t just dinner, it’s an experience. You sit, cook, laugh, accidentally overestimate how much food you can physically consume, and somehow still end up going back for “just one more plate.” It’s the kind of place where two hours flies by without you realizing it. The ingredients tasted fresh across the board, the broths were rich and comforting, the Korean barbecue options were fantastic, and the service stayed attentive without hovering. You can tell they actually care about maintaining the experience instead of just turning tables as fast as possible. That said, if you hate interactive dining, don’t like taking your time, or think cooking your own food sounds stressful, this might not be your thing. B
